Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners using company-provided leads.
- Recommend HVAC, heat pump, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Explain available rebates and financing options.
- Prepare estimates and close sales.
- Coordinate with installation teams.
- Achieve monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Sales or customer service experience.
- HVAC knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong closing ability.
