About the Job
Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator
Go Industries Inc. – Barrie, Ontario

Help Us Build What's Next

Go Industries Inc. is looking for a creative, ambitious and versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional design position where you will work on the same product every day. We are building a family of GO brands across several exciting industries, and we need someone who can help turn new ideas into polished, recognizable and successful businesses.

You will work directly with company leadership and contribute to projects from the initial idea through branding, design, launch and ongoing promotion. This is an opportunity to have a real creative influence and see your work become part of something tangible.

Current Projects:
You will have the opportunity to contribute to several active and developing projects, including:
  • Go Industries and Go Comfort – Home-comfort products, services and customer marketing.
  • GO Local – A new community-focused program connecting local businesses, homeowners and families.
  • Go K9 Club – A growing pet-care brand being developed for local dog owners.
  • Go Raw Dog – A developing raw dog-food brand.
  • Go Country Raw – A developing consumer food brand.
  • Additional GO concepts and future business launches.

Each project has its own audience, personality and creative possibilities. The successful candidate will help bring these brands together while giving each one a distinct and professional identity.

What You'll Be Doing:
Your work may include:
  • Helping develop and launch new brands and business concepts.
  • Creating engaging print and digital marketing materials.
  • Designing brochures, sales materials and multi-page publications.
  • Creating professional presentations and visual sales tools.
  • Assisting with packaging concepts and product branding.
  • Producing social-media graphics and promotional content.
  • Supporting website content and online marketing campaigns.
  • Helping shape the look, voice and personality of different GO brands.
  • Assisting with photography, video and other creative content.
  • Developing materials for community programs and local partnerships.
  • Researching marketing opportunities and contributing original ideas.
  • Maintaining consistent branding across different platforms.
  • Collaborating directly with leadership on upcoming projects.

Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who:
  • Is creative, curious and excited by new ideas.
  • Has a strong eye for branding, layout and visual presentation.
  • Can take a rough concept and turn it into something polished.
  • Has experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design programs.
  • Is comfortable creating presentations and multi-page documents.
  • Understands social media and digital content.
  • Communicates clearly and pays close attention to detail.
  • Can organize and manage multiple creative projects.
  • Is comfortable receiving feedback and completing revisions.
  • Takes initiative and enjoys helping build things from the beginning.

Experience with website editing, product packaging, photography, video production or digital advertising would be an asset.

Formal education in marketing or graphic design is welcome but not required. Your creativity, portfolio, attitude and ability to execute ideas are more important to us than a specific credential.

Why Join Go Industries?
This role offers the opportunity to:
  • Help develop multiple new brands from the ground up.
  • Work across home services, community programs, food and pet-care projects.
  • See your creative work used in real businesses and product launches.
  • Contribute ideas directly to company leadership.
  • Build a diverse and impressive professional portfolio.
  • Take on greater creative responsibility as the role develops.
  • Grow alongside an entrepreneurial Canadian company.

The right person will have the opportunity to grow with the brands and programs they help create.

How to Apply:
Please submit your résumé and examples of your creative work.
Your portfolio may include branding, brochures, presentations, packaging, social-media content, websites, photography, video or any other work that demonstrates your creativity.

Please include a short introduction explaining why this type of opportunity interests you and what you believe you could bring to the GO team.
