About the Job
Go Industries is recruiting a licensed 313A refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic for service, maintenance and installation work in residential, commercial and industrial settings.
Employee opportunity:
- Full-time employment with pay of CA$25–CA$40 per hour. A company vehicle and year-round work are not guaranteed.

- Qualified independent contractors may also express interest in separate subcontract opportunities. Subcontract scope, availability and compensation will be discussed separately; the employee hourly range above does not set subcontract rates.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems within your authorized trade scope.
- Diagnose faults, recommend repairs and perform preventive maintenance.
- Respond to service calls, maintain accurate job records and follow applicable Ontario codes and safety requirements.
- Communicate clearly with customers and the team.
Requirements:
- Current valid Ontario 313A Certificate of Qualification. A 313D certificate alone does not qualify for this broad refrigeration role.
- Current valid Ontario TSSA G2 or G1 certification for assigned gas work, with all work limited to the certificate holder’s permitted scope.
- Valid driver’s licence with clean driving abstract.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and service/installation experience.
